COVID-19 Pre Flight Screening

We cater to a broad range of clientele throughout the Golden
Horseshoe Area all having different travel needs. Some of our
specialties include private aircraft for leisure and corporate travel
and air cargo. More services are available, do not hesitate to ask.

Each aircraft has different baggage compartment sizes and weight
limitations. Your baggage will be stored in the Aft of the aircraft or
the nose for your safety and convenience. When flying privately it is important to let us know what your expected baggage weight and size will be so we can accommodate you and your guests. It is
always a best practice to travel with soft-sided baggage if you are
looking to maximize the amount of items you will be bringing. If you
have concerns about your fragile items or over-sized baggage, just
give us a call and we can walk you through all the options.

Town cars, Stretch limousines, Mercedes Benz SUV’s and even
electric vehicles can be arrange to bring you back and forth to your
private flight at the airport.

We are happy to make arrangements for catering, hotel
reservations or concierge services to our clients. Simply put, we
focus all of our attention on providing you with the best service in
the industry.

You can use almost any airport located throughout Canada and the USA. Each airport chosen for your trip will have a different sets of rules and regulations. For taking off and landing a private plane,
your aircraft may need a certain amount of runway length. For your
international charter flights, you will need to stop at a customs
airport. Some commercial airports may accommodate larger wide
body jets, while other private and executive airports may have much smaller and more narrow runways. When arranging your flight, we will do our best to set up the arrival and departure airports to be as close as possible to your destination. One terrific benefit of using private aviation is that in most cases you are able to land and depart much closer to home than when flying on a commercial flight.

Depending on the routing of your trip and aircraft availability, your aircraft can be arranged with as little as 90 minutes’ notice.

Flight costs include the items which have to be paid only when the
plane is in motion. These items include maintenance, engine and
propeller reserves.

No, you would pay for the pilots separately with a third party. The
lease is just for the cost of the aircraft. The rate of pay for the pilots
would be negotiated during he lease signing.

It’s important to keep in mind that when you operate a private
aircraft, you’re paying for the entire aircraft. There are several
factors which influence the cost of any given aircraft; variables such as route distance, weather, passenger count, runway length and scheduling/availability can affect the cost of a flight.
As a base approximation, you can expect for a charter flight to start at around $750/hr for a light twin engine such as a Piper Seneca PA-34-200T, and cost upwards of $8,500/hr and more for larger, extended range jets capable of fitting 8-16 passengers, including the Gulfstream series. Speak with you management team to do a cost analysis and find out more about how much it costs to operate
a private aircraft.
